Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Crospix. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Trial Period

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends without any charge.

2. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@crospix.com with your account email and reason. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations. Partial refunds for unused features within a plan are not available.
